Custom Logo Branding lets you replace the default Ternary logo with your own, ensuring your brand identity is reflected throughout the platform and cascades to your child tenants. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to upload and update your logo, along with tips to ensure it looks its best.

How to upload your logo

1. Navigate to MSP Customer Management:
   1. Log in to the platform, then go to MSP Customer Management and select the "Account Logo" tab.
2. Upload your logos:
   1. Ternary requires logos to be uploaded via a hyperlink. You must upload two types of logos:
      1. Logo (Square). Upload a square version of your logo. This may be a stacked (vertical) logo or a favicon. This logo will replace the Ternary logo in the collapsed left-hand navigation pane and appear in the upper left corner of any billing statements for your child tenants. For best results, use a 1:1 aspect ratio.
      2. Logo (Wide). Upload a wide (horizontal) logo to replace the Ternary logo in the left-hand navigation pane. For optimal display, use a 4:1 aspect ratio.
3. Submit and refresh:
   1. After uploading your logos, refresh the page to see your changes.

Supported file formats

Supported file formats include PNG, JPG, and SVG. For the best appearance in dark mode, we recommend using JPG files, as PNGs with transparency may not render well, especially with certain brand colors.
