Get MSP tenant settings

Get MSP tenant settings for the specified tenant.

Controls which cloud provider features (metrics, rate recommendations, usage recommendations) are enabled for child tenants.

See MSP Tenant Settings for details.

Settings can describe MSP-global or customer-scoped configuration. logoImageSquareURL and logoImageWideURL are returned only for MSP_GLOBAL settings; customer settings do not carry these branding fields.

Missing logo fields on a customer record do not indicate whether partner branding is configured.

The settings envelope contains one object for the requested tenant, not an array.
