Update the status of a cost alert.

Use this endpoint to transition a cost alert between statuses.

Triage status set by a person on the Alerts page: ACTIVE (new, not yet reviewed), INVESTIGATING, RESOLVED, or UNRESOLVED (reviewed and still open). It never changes automatically.
