Bulk update recommendations using an object with a paramsArray array. Each entry supplies recommendationID and optional state and snoozeUntil. Duplicate IDs use the first entry. All referenced IDs and tenant permissions are validated before updates. Omitted fields are retained; snoozeUntil accepts a string, not null (null clearing is available on single-item PATCH). When changes exist, returned recommendationIDs contains only changed entries; when the entire request is a no-op it contains all deduplicated IDs. These edits track recommendation workflow state and do not perform cloud-resource changes.
