Create support ticket

Submit a support ticket to the Ternary support team. The requester's name and email are automatically populated from the authenticated session — no identity fields are required in the request body.

Optionally include one or more ccEmails addresses to copy additional recipients on the ticket.

The client supplies tenantID as ticket metadata; it is not injected from the authenticated session.
