Return AWS Reserved Instance recommendations matching the supplied filters. Without page or limit, at most 5000 results are returned. Supplying either enables pagination with default page 1 and default limit 50 (maximum 5000). Use the returned pagination metadata to retrieve additional pages. Monetary response fields use the tenant preferred currency (USD fallback), identified by estimatedCurrency; the minimum savings filter is applied to stored amounts before conversion. Recommendations refresh periodically.

Paging does not guarantee a stable ranking across requests. These filters and paging inputs apply only to Reserved Instances, not Savings Plans. Reads do not generate recommendations or purchase commitments.
